Marianne was an amazing host. The apartment was amazing, clean bright and comfortable. lovely and quiet best night sleep I have had in ages. Great place to come back to after exploring Berlin. short walk from the urban to the place in addition to bus. lidl is short walk so was able to get the essentials. We would highly recommend staying here.

We were all super happy with the place. It was large, open, quiet and above all within walking distance not far from the fair. Free parking is right in front of the house, so we didn't have to walk far with bag and pack. The kitchen was equipped with coffee, sugar, milk, spices, etc., so even without having to do a big shopping, we could eat something in peace and also enjoy the coffee in the conservatory tomorrow. Everything was available in the bathroom and we could have kindly used the shampoo, etc., in case you forgot something. The landlords were super nice and also made us very good recommendations on where you could get a great breakfast on the way to the fair, for example. We were able to discuss check-in and check-out relatively flexibly with them and therefore also had a very relaxed time there. We would love to come back!

Very nice and welcoming place to feel good! All as described. Absolutely recommended in total. The same applies to the warm hospitality of Dietrich & Kathrin.

Very unique place, quite spacious studio, well equipped with all essentials and amenities provided (kitchenware, cutlery, washing machine, iron, iron board etc.). The area is very nice and quiet. The studio is on the top floor (3rd) accessible by stairs. Some wear and tear due to time (furniture, kitchenware etc.) but in general clean and comfortable. Self check-in / check-out.
