Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. This sweet, sunny, comfortable, and very spacious apartment is placed between Split and Omiš. It is located on the second floor and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the islands. It is ideal for families with children or for couples. From the big comfortable terrace, you are looking at the beach. The big pebble beach is next to the apartment, only 50 metres away. You only have to cross the street. Along the entire coast in the direction of Omiš are many beautiful beaches.

Apartman ima 69 m2 , renoviran je 2023.godine te nudi prostrani dnevni boravak sa potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom , lođu na jugu, dvije komodne spavaće sobe , te kupoanicu. Svaka prostorija je klimatizirana. Televizori su postavljeni u dnevni boravak i u obje spavaće sobe, te se nudi Netflix usluga. Apartman je udaljen samo 150 metara od prekrasne šljunčane plaže.
