Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Our recently renovated apartment in quiet Neudorf offers quick access to the main station (15 min by bus/train) as well as both university campuses (10 min walk) due to its central location. The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. Spacious, quiet, safe and very bright accommodation, above the rooftops of the city, as well as great views of the garden towards the forest. Everything you need for a cozy stay can be found here and the unobstructed view of the garden can be enjoyed from the sofa. The city, the CentrO. and the nearby huge Ruhrpark invite you to take a walk. Above all, the apartment is absolutely quiet, private and secluded. Note, we don't have an elevator.

3 1/2 room apartment with balcony on the 2nd floor, with free Wi-Fi in a quiet location in the district of Duisburg-Hochheide - on the border of Moers. It has a kitchen, bathroom, study, living room and bedroom as well as a folding bed. Flat-screen satellite TV, radio, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and egg cooker are available. Sheets and towels will be provided. Parking is available free of charge.

The 25 square meter apartment in the attic of a three-family house has been furnished with attention to detail. It is part of a 50 square meter apartment that consists of two identical apartments. Each half is split the same way: There is a sleeping and dining/living area. Only the hallway is used by both parties together. There is also a bathroom there, so that each apartment resident has its own.

The apartment is located in a central location, on the 4th floor of an apartment building (elevator only to the 3rd floor) and is located about 10 minutes by foot from Duisburg Hbf. From here, surrounding cities such as Düsseldorf, Essen, Bochum or Gelsenkirchen can be reached quickly. The A59 motorway as well as the a40 can also be reached quickly. Shops of daily needs are within walking distance.

The attic apartment (52 m²) with a living room, a bedroom with double bed (1.80m), a kitchen with plenty of space and a bathroom with shower and toilet is accessible via a separate entrance. From the bedroom and living room you can be seen ships passing by on the river Rhine.
