The S-Bahn (suburban train) stations Duisburg-Rahm and Duisburg-Großenbaum are very close by. Grocery stores are within walking distance. The recreational area of the Sechs-Seen-Platte is located in the immediate vicinity and invites you to extensive hiking.

Die Straße ist ruhig gelegen, Sie bekommen immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz dort. Die nächste Autobahnauffahrt ist in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Ideal for trade fair visitors (Düsseldorf, Essen), for tourists in the Rhein-Ruhr area or for business travelers.

Parking at the house allows air travelers to park the vehicle for free during the trip. A nearby forest invites you to stroll. The small town center with various shops can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.
