This charming apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful old building from about 1900. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelmhelm Bridge and the popular south-facing beach with various and good restaurants as well as bars. Large windows leave a lot of light in the apartment and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has three double beds and a single bed. It is the perfect fit for a great stay with family and friends.

Enjoy the simple life at this quiet and centrally located home. The holiday can be enjoyed directly at the historic harbor in Carolinensiel and only a few minutes' walk to the beach with its own terrace. Restaurants and many activities are available in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is well-equipped, nothing should be missing. Dogs are welcome. The apartment is more suitable for two people because of the size. However, the sofa can be converted into a bed due to the size.

The high-quality apartment on the 4th floor, west view to the sea, is equipped with a box spring bed, comfortable folding sofa bed, dining table and plenty of closet space. The huge terrace running around the apartment and partly covered offers magnificent lake views towards Juist and the open sea. A modern equipped bathroom with rain shower/toilet, the indoor swimming pool with sauna on the ground floor, elevator and an optional parking space at the house, complete the comfort.

Enjoy the sun and the North Sea coast in a beautiful holiday apartment 15 minutes by car from the coast. Bedroom (double bed+single bed), shower and large kitchen can accommodate. The living room is furnished with a TV. Private terrace and small, fenced garden offer space for grilling and relaxation. Shopping facilities are in the next village (5 minutes by car). The Schooer Wald and numerous cycling routes invite you to cycle and walk. (plus final cleaning fee)

Our stylish and maritime furnished apartment "kleine Auszeit" (newly furnished and renovated ) is located in a beautiful Art Nouveau villa on the first floor. From the quiet villa you can reach the beach of Dornumersiel in about 5 minutes by car. It can also be reached via the dike, within walking distance or by bike in about 2.5 km. The apartment is located in the center of Wilhelmshaven, so that attractions, restaurants and the main station with adjacent shopping arcade are within walking distance. The furnishings are stylish and modern and ensure an exceptional stay with the open living and kitchen area. It is located on the 2nd floor, which is why it is beautifully bright. There is no elevator in the house but a private parking space right outside the front door.

This is a beautiful apartment in a listed villa. Here you are in three minutes by car at the beach of Dornumersiel, but far from the tourist hustle and bustle as in other holiday settlements in the village. This old, idyllic villa is in a fantastic location; opposite the dike and surrounded by the greenery of nature. The apartment was made with a lot of love from us. Let your mind wander and enjoy the North Sea in all its trains.
