The living and dining area offers space to cook and eat together or relax on the comfortable sofa with a good book or a nice movie on the OLED SmartTV.When the weather is nice, you can enjoy yourself on the sunny terrace, which can be accessed directly from the living room. Furthermore, the highlight ofthe apartment is in the garden , a private Swedish sauna. So you can warm up in your private wellness oasisafter a winter walk in the cold season. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200)and one with two single beds (90x200). Both bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, wardrobeand extra large duvets (155x220). In the bedroom with a double bed, electrically adjustable slatted framesoffer the desired level of comfort.The bathroom in the Wildrose apartment has a walk-in shower, hairdryerand heated towel rail. Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Our guest house is located in a beautiful spot on the Hondsrug. Here you are surrounded by nature: ancient woods, sandy paths, rolling fields, squirrels, deer and a wide variety of birds. Within walking distance of the cozy Gieten with delicious fresh bread or a Gieterkoek at the bakery. Here you will find the supermarket and nice restaurants. By bike, you can reach the Drenthe state forests with the beautiful Gasselterveld, Boomkroonpad and centuries-old dolmens.

We offer this special and cozily furnished upstairs apartment, which was completely renovated in 2023. Ideal for two people, no children, no pets. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, hairdryer, shower and shampoo, the kitchen even with a dishwasher. The infrared sauna offers pure relaxation. Within walking distance, there is a small wood with a pond, and the East Frisian Way hiking trail runs right alongside our farm. Shopping in 1.5 km.

Paradise in Ammerland

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Our country house (Grünhoff's Landhuus) with its historic charm is hidden in the midst of East Frisian nature between estates, canals and idyllic trees. The rustic guest house (Oll Höhnerhuck) and the spacious property invite you to relax and enjoy. The immediate surroundings are ideal for exploring. Excursions to the North Sea coast, to one of the Sielorte or the cities north, Aurich or Emden are quickly realized by car.

This apartment (40 sqm) is bright, cozy and comfortable, as well as quiet and centrally located. It is decorated in a Scandinavian modern style and is ideal for couples and surfers. Please note that the apartment can be booked for a maximum of 2 adults. Unfortunately, there is no space for baby travel cots in the bedroom.
