In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Mit 3 gemütlichen Schlafbereichen, einem hellen Wohnzimmer und einer offenen Küche bietet das Haus viel Raum für 4-6 Personen. Sauna und Eckbadewanne sorgen für erholsame Wohlfühlmomente. Ob beim Frühstück mit Blick aufs Wasser oder beim Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse – hier beginnt der Urlaub ganz entspannt.

Der Zirkuswagen steht im hinteren Teil des Gartens, gelegen am wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet "Veenhuser Königsmoor" und an der "Deutschen Fehnroute". Der Wagen ist gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie finden im Wagen ein Doppelhochbett, eine Kochzeile sowie zwei gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen. Ein seperates Badezimmer befindet sich im Haupthaus. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zwei idyllische Seen zum Schwimmen. Ideal für Radreisende und Naturliebhaber.

Experience your vacation at the historic farmstead Ippenwarf. Surrounded by the Fehntjer Tief, the apartment is in a secluded location in the middle of the countryside. We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

In the immediate vicinity (500 m) is the Hadelner Canal. As it is a very rural region, far away from all industry, you can leave all the noise and hustle and bustle behind here. Cuxhaven is about 20 minutes by car from Kehdingbruch. Otterndorf/Elbe 8 minutes by car.

The special highlight: a jetty directly on the lake in front of the house's own terrace – perfect for fishing, paddling in the house's own canoe or simply to let your gaze wander over the water.

This delightful energy-neutral water villa suitable for 4 till 8 persons, was recently built and located on its own plot with lots of privacy on a peninsula on the Paterswoldsemeer in Haren. The house has a lot of luxury and comfort such as two bathrooms, a large kitchen with built-in appliances, a big dining and livingroom and a beautiful view at the Lake. At the deck terrace you can enjoy the sunsetwith a glass of wine in your hand.

The Gulfhof offers you three spacious apartments in the middle of our East Frisian nature. We provide you bikes and boats to explore the beautiful surroundings. We would be happy to invite you to visit our nearby dairy farm. Both apartments each have a terrace with barbecue facilities in the spacious garden.
