The area At the Paterswoldsemeer, fifteen minutes from the inner city of Groningen, our splendid holiday hous is situated. It houses six people in three bedrooms with double beds. After you parked your car, you walk the 800 meter footpath. At the end there's an oasis of tranquility. You hear birds and are 'off the world'. During spring and summer you can enjoy the lake with the canoo, hire a boat and make a daily swim. In the surroundings there are all kinds of parks to hike very close by.

In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Experience your vacation at the historic farmstead Ippenwarf. Surrounded by the Fehntjer Tief, the apartment is in a secluded location in the middle of the countryside. We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

This delightful energy-neutral water villa suitable for 4 till 8 persons, was recently built and located on its own plot with lots of privacy on a peninsula on the Paterswoldsemeer in Haren. The house has a lot of luxury and comfort such as two bathrooms, a large kitchen with built-in appliances, a big dining and livingroom and a beautiful view at the Lake. At the deck terrace you can enjoy the sunsetwith a glass of wine in your hand.

Are you looking for a rural accommodation? The Horse Farm offers you a unique stay. Nearby you can enjoy hiking, biking, canoeing and fishing. The heart of the city of Groningen is also only a 20-minute bike ride away. The Horse Farm is 21 km from Pieterburen. Adjacent to the Reitdiep, near nature reserve "Lauwersoog," and you can ride a horse or pony with us. In short: a wonderful place to stay for one or more days!
