The kitchen-living room invites you to cook together. There is an outdoor seating area in the courtyard.

The apartment on the first floor was completely renovated in 2020 and equipped with new furniture - including a high-quality kitchen. The room concept is extremely flexible. Relax and/or work remotely (office chair, 24-inch monitor, etc.). The property is located on the first sea line and is situated in one of the best locations on Norderney. On approx. 32 m² there is a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a foldaway bed and a pull-out 3-seater sofa.

Dune castles right on the beach

The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Restaurants, shops and a lovely golf course are just a few minutes' walk away. At present, our guests are required to clean the holiday apartment themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for the holiday apartment is waived and only the €45 cleaning fee for bed linen and towels is charged under 'Bed linen fee' (information under 'Additional rules').

House with heart. It is located in the district of Minsen, about 5 km from Schillig and Horumersiel. 100 m² of living space, 1000 m² fenced garden, walking distance to the sea about 1000 m. Swimming and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bicycle or car. Shopping and attractions are numerous. The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.

Tennis court and goldfish pond are also close by. A bike trip to the domain Bill with the legendary raisin mares is just part of Juist. Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.

The holiday home is located on the edge of a wooded, private weekend residential area. It is generously proportioned, bright, with modern furnishings and very well equipped. It's heavenly there at any time of year and perfect for a short or longer break in an idyllic setting! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).
