The old mill tower is located in a quiet single-family home settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 square meters) with old wooden beams there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, living area with sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a pond. There is a children's playground directly across the street. Guest Wi-Fi available!

The houseboat can be rented for people who want to go on holiday to Giethoorn, discover the Weerribben-Wieden National Park or just want to enjoy the peace and quiet. The dune castle is right on the upper beach promenade on the beach of Wangerooge. Restaurants, shops and a lovely golf course are just a few minutes' walk away. At present, our guests are required to clean the holiday apartment themselves on the day of departure, which means that the €140 cleaning fee for the holiday apartment is waived and only the €45 cleaning fee for bed linen and towels is charged under 'Bed linen fee' (information under 'Additional rules').

Harriersand is in the middle of the Weser. The cottage is located at the southern end of the island and is easily accessible via a bridge. To get to the beach, only the island road has to be crossed. At low tide, it is possible to hikes like on the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. In the island there is a beach bath with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping facilities at 6-8 km away.
