Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten, einem großzügigen Eingangsbereich, einem Wohn-und Essraum m. offener, vollausgestatteter Küche (kein Eisfach), sowie einem kleinen Arbeitsbereich. Located directly on the harbor, the apartment is quiet and yet right in the center of the city's cultural life. As a highlight, you look directly at the landmark of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge. Note: the apartment is being rented completely new, the interior may still change. The “Hof am Siel” is a former farm near the village of Ruhwarden. The front part is yours, from where you have access to the large garden: playground equipment and hobby house to romp around to your heart's content for the little ones, quiet corners to relax for the adults. Paddle in the dinghy on the Sieltief or cycle to the dike, the fun pool or the play barn in Burhave. Our hobby farm invites you to look. There is no boredom here, but relaxation is guaranteed.

Our new apartment is bright and modernly furnished. It is located in the village of Neuenwalde and is centrally located. Distance to: Cuxhaven 30 km, Dorum-Neufeld 15 km, Bremerhaven 22 km. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and (sleeping) couch, two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. A washing machine is available. A terrace with a small gas grill can be used.

LOFT 4 - Beach Loft EINS Norderney

The newly renovated apartment LOFT 4 in the beach loft EINS Norderney, in mid-2023, offers sleeping possibilities for up to 5 people on 43 m² of living space. With a lot of love for detail, we have transformed LOFT 4 into a friendly oasis of well-being. A private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen are at your disposal. Linens & towels are provided. A small/medium-sized dog is allowed for a fee. Shopping, restaurants, etc. are close by.

In beautiful Friesland, close to the North Sea, lies the idyllic Branterei farm complex. Surrounded by paths with old trees, a farm garden, as well as a meadow orchard, the 15000 m² farm complex is an ideal place to unwind and relax. Nature lovers can watch deer, songbirds, birds of prey, swallows and sometimes storks in the garden. Lovingly integrated into the old farm complex is the apartment, which was completely renovated in 2022.

Our house with five different sized 3-star apartments is located in the center of the village, 300 m from the train station, 300 m to the beach, 150 m to shopping, bakery 3 houses away, rose garden opposite. The apartments are well thought out and equipped so that you can feel at home on your vacation without everyday life. The beds will be made and towels, etc. are available as needed.

3*** DTV classification. The light-flooded 2-room apartment Möwennest by DeJu in Norderney is about 40 square meters and is located directly on the west beach. It is characterized by a very central location. It is 200 m to the beach or the spa square with the adjacent bathhouse. Suitable and bookable for up to 4 people (please note). The apartment was completely renovated in early 2024.

Our apartment is right in the center of Borkum right by the new lighthouse. It's 500 meters to the beach. The apartment is centrally located but still very quiet and very bright due to the many windows. Although it is located in a historic building from 1898, it is very modern. The building was completely renovated in 2014.
