Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten, einem großzügigen Eingangsbereich, einem Wohn-und Essraum m. offener, vollausgestatteter Küche (kein Eisfach), sowie einem kleinen Arbeitsbereich. Located directly on the harbor, the apartment is quiet and yet right in the center of the city's cultural life. As a highlight, you look directly at the landmark of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge. Note: the apartment is being rented completely new, the interior may still change. We live on the farm ourselves and are available at any time. The house was newly built in 2022. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a sofa bed. You have the option to rent a canoe directly from us, go on long bike rides or walks, fish on the property and much more.

The newly renovated apartment LOFT 4 in the beach loft EINS Norderney, in mid-2023, offers sleeping possibilities for up to 5 people on 43 m² of living space. With a lot of love for detail, we have transformed LOFT 4 into a friendly oasis of well-being. A private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen are at your disposal. Linens & towels are provided. A small/medium-sized dog is allowed for a fee. Shopping, restaurants, etc. are close by.

In beautiful Friesland, close to the North Sea, lies the idyllic Branterei farm complex. Surrounded by paths with old trees, a farm garden, as well as a meadow orchard, the 15000 m² farm complex is an ideal place to unwind and relax. Nature lovers can watch deer, songbirds, birds of prey, swallows and sometimes storks in the garden. Lovingly integrated into the old farm complex is the apartment, which was completely renovated in 2022.

Our house with five different sized 3-star apartments is located in the center of the village, 300 m from the train station, 300 m to the beach, 150 m to shopping, bakery 3 houses away, rose garden opposite. The apartments are well thought out and equipped so that you can feel at home on your vacation without everyday life. The beds will be made and towels, etc. are available as needed.

The apartment is centrally located but still very quiet and very bright due to the many windows. Although it is located in a historic building from 1898, it is very modern. The building was completely renovated in 2014.
