Finally available again! Beautiful new apartment, about 90 square meters at the farm. Everything is easily accessible by car, 8 min. to the highway, 25 min to Therme Erding, 25 min to Munich. Also ideal for a trip to the wildlife park, Allianz Arena, Lake Chiemsee, the mountains or BayernPark. The bus stop (MVV line 470) for the direct service to Munich – Max-Weber-Platz is 200 metres away. There is a lot of space on the farm, there are animals (dog, cat, horse, beef). Of course, there is free Wi-Fi.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Our beautiful basement apartment lets you dive directly into the world of the mountains and forests of Bavaria. The apartment has a modern kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. In addition, a private bathroom with toilet and shower is part of the apartment. In the cozy sleeping and living area you will find a soft bed, as well as a comfortable sofa bed (inn one room). We are located only 500m from the S-Bahn station Eglharting. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

Welcome to the beautiful and newly equipped apartment in a secluded location with mountain views and an outdoor Jacuzzi. Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).
