The apartment used to be part of our detached house and is now separated from the rear basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 people. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more persons (pull-out double bed). The bathroom is accessible via the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.

The apartment was renovated in 2018 and has two rooms (35 m² in total). It is ideal for two people, but can also be used by three or four people. The path to the bathroom leads through the bedroom. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette.

The house has a guest room and its own lockable toilet/shower only for the guests on the upper floor. The kitchen and living room are available for guests. The barbecue area can be used without restriction. The guest room has a balcony and can be locked from the inside.
