Wunderschön gelegene ca. 100m² 2021 neu sanierte, sehr gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung im EG eines freistehenden Dreifamilienhauses im Herzen Landaus. Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

A large parking space is available in front of the house. You will stay in a listed building from 1900. Our luxury apartment "Rebenmeer" is located on the outskirts of Hainfeld, within walking distance of the Koch wine pavilion and Scherr winery. The vineyards start right behind the house. Take a little break in our lovingly furnished holiday room. The room is located on the basement of our detached house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not accessible) and is locked by our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. In the private bathroom, there are towels and hair dryers.
