Studio apartment addition attached to our family home. Our home is located three miles to downtown Edgartown with bus service & bike path close by. Private entrance, mini fridge, coffee press & accessories, private bath with shower, washer/dryer, bed in a loft area (ladder access only) with queen size sofa bed available below for additional sleeping. This is our family home with two baby boys. We try our best to keep quiet, but it is important to note their presence; rental has a sound machine.

Across the street is the bike path, & the bus stop is on the corner for easy island transportation!

Located in a quiet neighborhood off of Cliff Road, guests can relax in a spacious 350 sq/ft beautiful bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and single day bed (w/trundle). There is a 3 piece private bathroom with washer/dryer. A full size pull out sofa is available in the very large kitchenette/game room. A 300 sq/ft comfortable sitting room with sofa, cable television, wine fridge and high top table is for your exclusive use. A private entrance allows guests to come and go freely.

We care about the details like ironed sheets, good pillows, new mattress, & fluffy towels, everything you need for a carefree vacation! We don't provide parking & discourage bringing a car.

An easy walk to town and beaches. Parking is available in our driveway. Enjoy our historic home!

Summer is coming, that's when Falmouth is best!

Falmouth beaches are great year round. Falmouth is fully open with lots of great live music on weekends and trivia in many different locations mid week. The weather is generally warm enough now for hiking, biking, golf and scenic beach walks. I charge a minimal cleaning fee & ask you to respectfully treat the space with care and clean up after yourself. I make sure the space is more diligently cleaned and disinfected between guests. Sorry but this is a no pet space.
