Ein sehr gemütlicher Wohn-und Essbereich mit offener Küche und Kamin, ein großzügiges Bad,eine Sauna, ein Boxspringbett im Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Boxspringbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen der schönsten Balkone der Mittelmosel. Außerdem stellen wir Euch zwei Elektroräder zur Verfügung, um unsere schöne Landschaft zu erkunden.

Liebe Gäste Wenn ihr eine Unterkunft auf eurer Reiseetappe oder einen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Motorradtouren oder Radtouren in erholsamer Atmosphäre sucht, dann freue ich mich euch begrüßen zu dürfen. Euch erwartet ein gemütliches, ca. 25 qm großes Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer. Im Garten steht euch eine kleine Küche zur Verfügung. Mosel 15 km , Hängeseilbrücke Geierlay 20 km. Traumschleifen in unserer Gegend, z.B. in Dill der Elfenpfad 5 km oder die Altlayer Schweiz 5 km entfernt

Small studio (1 room, kitchen, small bathroom) for 2, with modern furnishings, private terrace + garden, NETFLIX, Amazon PRIME & Music, Amazon MUSIC, Alexa, free parking, free coffee & tea, all at the foot of the Reichsburg. The studio is located at the back of the house, one floor below the main street - so you have to go down 12 steps. Because the bathroom and toilet are small, we recommend overweight or very tall people to read the description carefully and see all the pictures.

Unser Ferienhaus ist ein liebevoll umgebautes ehemaliges Bienenhaus. Es liegt umgeben von einem großen und ruhigen Garten, mit alten Obstbäumen, vielfältigen Pflanzen und einer Liegewiese. Für Kinder gibt es Platz zum Spielen, eine Schaukel, eine Sandbox und Wippe. Die schöne Umgebung lädt zum Wandern und zu Ausflügen an die nahegelegene Mosel ein.
