We were visiting family in the area and Sonja’s place was a wonderful home away from home. Very clean, homey, and functional. Sonja welcomed us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment and provide helpful tips. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again.

Inge was very accessible and friendly, and doesn't hesitate to help out if needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable and similar to the photos provided. I didn't have any problem for my 3 months long stay.

Friendly nice host who always had an open ear for questions. Parking directly at the house was worth its weight in gold. Downtown is within walking distance. Check-in/out was easy and very flexible, which was problematic with my work assignment. All in all, I can recommend the place and with the kindness of the landlord, that makes it pretty easy. Markus welcomed me very nicely and always responded to questions directly, helpful and very nice. The apartment was very clean, is well furnished with a pleasant atmosphere to feel comfortable in. In addition, it is very well equipped - had everything you need. Very good is also the central location in the city center, close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. I have experienced Markus very warmly as a host and would like to inquire again on occasion.

We've been to some private homes, but this one far exceeded our expectations! Alexander is a top host, very helpful and really nice. There remained nothing to be desired in the apartment. The special highlight is the mega cool pool, even the rest of the apartment doesn't need to be hidden. It is very well equipped and clean. We will be 💯back👍

Never heard any noise. Very walkable close to grocery, bakery and tram station. Even at night very well lit surroundings making 2 women alone feel safe at all times! Apartment itself beautifully decorated to make any woman feel right at home and the cherry on top a beautiful spacious private balcony! Definitely would highly recommend to anyone trying to enjoy Mannheim

Egle was very polite, proactive and always available to answer the queries. The apartment location was a plus point. Tram line just outside the apartment. The place was tidy and clean as mentioned in the photos and as per description. Kitchen is benifit for travellers. Shops are at walkable distance. Egle was very helpfull. A nice place to stay when you’re in the region with a car. The apartment is modern and the bakery nextdoors :)

We stayed in the accommodation for the second time and felt very comfortable again. Everything is very straightforward. You have a cozy bedroom and a recreation room for watching TV or for eating or both. We will be happy to come back.

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Sven’s place exceeded my expectations in every possible way. It was important for me to have peace and quiet, and Sven’s neighborhood had both. The apartment is fully equipped with appliances, even more than I found reason to use. Everything seemed brand new and the apartment was immaculately clean. I give Sven’s place a AAA rating.

Beautiful apartment, everything is as described and spotlessly clean. The hot tub is a dream to end the day. Thank you again very much for having us as guests and for always having an open ear for us and answering all questions and giving us suggestions/recommendations for activities. Check-in was very straightforward. We were there with two adults and a 6 year old child. The apartment is very spacious and ideal for parents with children. There is something for everyone: toys for children and a very nice wellness area. The host family Achenbach is very friendly and available at any time if you need anything or have questions.

We had a very nice weekend in the apartment. In a quiet residential area without car noise. Our highlight was the conservatory with the hot tub and sauna. Hosts are very friendly and quick to respond. Check-in/out was super uncomplicated thanks to the key box.
