The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Es handelt sich um eine Einliegerwohnung in einem denkmalgeschützten, prämierten alten Bundwerk-Stadel von 1792. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einer halben Stunde fußläufig bzw 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Fußweg führt am Inn entlang und ist gut mit Rädern zu befahren. Charming wooden log cabin near Wasserburg's old town on a wild steep slope property. With mini kitchen, microwave/hot air/grill, a kettle and a fridge. In the small bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. Instead of the hand basin, a door leads to the sauna terrace. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and electric boiler (30l). The outdoor sauna invites you to relax. There is a fee of 20 euros per use. Smoking is allowed outside in front of the cabin.
