Welkom in onze B&B in Maastricht. Wij bieden voor deze prijs een leuke kamer aan, met eigen badkamer en toilet, inclusief ontbijt en toeristenbelasting (€3,70 p.p.p.n.). Vlakbij de afrit van de A2, het MUMC+, MECC en toch rustig gelegen nabij het Savelsbos. De gezellige kamer met eigen badkamer en ontbijtruimte is gelegen op de 1e verdieping. Wijzelf wonen en slapen beneden zodat privacy gewaarborgd is. Parkeren kan gratis op de eigen oprit. Fietsen kunnen in de afgesloten garage gezet worden.

Dit gezellige 6-persoons vakantiehuis (75 m2) bevindt zich in een monumentale hoeve met nog 12 andere vakantiehuisjes, een restaurant, een sfeervol "cour-terras" en een speel- en picnic-weide. Het heeft een eigen terras met weids uitzicht over de vallei Rustig en kindvriendelijk, doch op slechts 10 min van het beroemde Valkenburg, 15 min van het 3-landen punt in Vaals en 20 min van Aken. Liggend midden in het natuurgebied "Land van Kalk" is er daarnaast veel te doen en te zien voor iedereen.

Just get away from it all in this relaxing, centrally located accommodation. It's a nice new, clean, accommodation with a bedroom for 2 people, 3 people can be discussed. With private bathroom, and a Balcony. Toilet and is shared. Everything is clean, and the service is responsible for cleaning and preparing Breakfast everyday (€10 extra). The trainstation Heerlen is 5 minutes walking from the appartement, and so is the center. Everything is nearby, like Asian and Dutch supermarkets.

Come and enjoy the whole family or group of friends at this rural accommodation near Maastricht. You rent out the whole building. (private) It used to be a cowshed and has now been converted into a luxury stay. You will find the old elements from 1900 with the modern luxury in the present. We provide breakfast for you, you can book our sauna and there are plenty of opportunities to play (trampolines) and relax in the garden, play games inside and enjoy the view of Belgium.

In 2019, we completely renovated a part of our monumental farmhouse into a beautiful farmhouse; Hoeve de Bies. Hoeve de Bies has all the comforts. So you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with various homemade products. Due to its location, Hoeve de Bies is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. So you can shop, and experience culture in Valkenburg and Maastricht. In addition, there are beautiful cycling and hiking routes to explore the Heuvelland.

It was deliberately decided not to place a television in the rooms. In the garden, there is a swimming pool that can be used.
