Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

It is a small, cozy 45 square meter furnished apartment in Einbeck-Kohnsen. It has one double bedroom, a living room with a small single kitchen (2 hotplates), coffee maker, kettle, mini fridge and a bathroom with shower + toilet. The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance. It is located on the 2nd floor in our 1846 half-timbered house. Pets are not allowed. The Wi-Fi and a parking space directly on the premises can be used free of charge.

The apartment with fantastic views comprises the entire attic of my house. It is located in a quiet location in Lamspringe directly on the edge of the forest and is completely newly renovated. It is accessible via the main entrance via a separate (!) A place of rest close to nature. The bedroom has a large, cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and there is a sofa bed. Wi-Fi, TV, radio available, apartment is well equipped. Small outdoor terrace.

The back door next to the kitchen leads directly to the outdoor area, where you can linger and also a grill is available. Welcome to Werder , a small village 5 km from Bockenem and the A7 with connection to the A39. Hanover , Brunswick and Goslar can be reached in about 30 minutes. Shops and restaurants are located in and around Bockenem. The Harz as well as the Weserbergland invite you to hike and cycle. Motorcyclists will also get their money's worth here,we ride a motorcycle ourselves and are at your disposal for tour questions.
