Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. The forests, lakes and mountains invite you to spend some time in nature to either just relax or to try some activities such as hiking or mountain biking. In the middle of Germany this is probably one of the most diverse and beautiful regions! Our 33 square-meter-sized apartment has a separate entrance and an own terrace in our large garden. I am looking forward to welcome you as my guests :)

You will spend your holiday in our apartment on the 7th floor (lift available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a breathtaking view of the mountains and the climatic health resort of Bad Grund. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with a large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bed linen. On the balcony you sit between herbs (to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak furniture.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.
