Welcome to Tiny Houses Ham "Houten Huisje", our cozy cottage, ideally located in the heart of the cycling and hiking paradise Limburg. This charming stay offers all the comfort you need for a carefree holiday. Our cottage is located in the back of our spacious garden, where peace and privacy are paramount. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and electric heating. We will provide towels, shampoo, soap.

There is a small kitchen with a microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and fridge. It is not possible to cook extensively. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs. The Guesthouse has a small outdoor terrace with 2 seating areas.
