Conveniences within walking distance, restaurants and bars and the main beaches. Behind the block 50 meters, car rental, excursion office and supermarket. You can leave the car and visit El Cotillo on foot or change beaches every day, or relax on the private 35 m2 solarium terrace with pergola and go down for a swim in the pool.

Fully refurbished bungalow boasting a large private roof terrace with sea views of Lobos and Lanzarote. Large quiet communal beachfront pool and paddling pool. (Just fully renovated). Situated within a small gated beachfront complex next to the popular surf spot 'Punta Elena'. We bought this property end september 2021 while it had 114 reviews with an average of 4,87 and hope to even improve this to make your stay a “memorable experience”
