Beautiful house with pool

This house is perfect for families with children or groups. Fully furnished and decorated with great care. I renovated it a few years ago and it maintains a rustic exterior with a modern, bright and comfortable interior. It is in a very quiet and very well-connected area, 35 minutes from Madrid and 15 minutes from El Escorial. We especially value the neighbors' peace, so unfortunately reservations for people under 25 years old are not allowed. Thank you!

Forget the worries in this great home - it's an oasis of tranquility! A wonderful diaphanous apartment that has no lack of detail. It is located in a beautiful village 35km from Madrid. Perfect for recharging batteries in a relaxed atmosphere or spending a romantic weekend as a couple. It has a small garden out back with a barbecue, stove and mini pool. Our guest house is located in a large 1 Ha garden where you can isolate yourself from everything in the middle of nature in the Sierra Oeste. 45 minutes from Madrid, in a quiet village where you can take beautiful walks, bike routes, enjoy the surroundings or simply relax in our garden full of roses and fruit trees. The detached house will give you great privacy with all the amenities. We have two good, playful mastiffs that are loose in the garden

Close to supermarkets, hospital, schools, bus stop and all kinds of services.

Villa Sierra Madrid (7 bedroom villa with pool)

In the mountains 30km from Madrid we rent out our villa with more than 400 m2 of living space and a garden with pool. That garden is 4000 m2 and has more than 100 trees. From the house and outside terrace you have a fantastic view and at the pool there is lounge area. The pool is 13m long en 6m wide. The villa has been recently fully renovated and everything is new. The climate is nice, warm and dry.
