Holiday rentals with a fire pit in El Paso County

If you love Architecture and the best views of Manitou Springs, then, this is the Home to take it all in. Shaun n Laura have done an amazing job renovating their 1920’s home. Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

Deborah was an amazing host and I feel a lifelong friend now! She was so helpful and checked on us to be sure everything was great. We had everything we needed and we were comfortable. The fenced back yard is huge and our 2 boxers loved it! We stayed quite a long time there and it was like home! It snowed some days and was 70 degrees and Sunny other days and she had the perfect Shovel for the porch! She also gave us ideas of things we could go do on the Sunny days! I loved that her home was super nice but also "lived in" so we didn't spend the whole week worried we would knock something valuable over or ruin anything and we were at ease with our pups ❤️ who are well behaved but still... Kinda like traveling with kids. The master bed was so comfortable and we were very warm during the snowy time. Bathrooms were great. Full kitchen and everything you need! You definitely would love your stay at Deborah's home! Thank you so much, Deborah!

This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. beautiful property! perfect for families with toys for all ages and all the baby stuff you need! amazing hosts who respond so quickly and even brought over Batteries one night when we needed it! would love seating for a few more in the family and living room since the house sleeps 12. other than that, amazing place. we'd stay again!

Our stay was wonderful. The Airbnb was clean and spacious with in a gorgeous, peaceful area. We saw deer in our yard and many times on our drive/walks near the property. It was very easy to get to and close to manitou, Colorado Springs, and mueller state park. We loved our stay and would absolutely return. Steven was considerate and always responded quickly. When I asked if there was any additional check out instructions, he said “we don’t like to make you work on vacation”. Great stay, great location, great host!

Great location near Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Lots of space too! Spotless kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Brian was a great host! Would stay there again, 100%.

Excellent entertainment included with the convertible pool, air hockey and pool table. Cozy beds and couch. Highlight was the perfect water pressure and distribution of water from the shower, although a little tight for space. Overall, great place to stay!

Historic building with unique decor. I felt right at home, safe and warm. I thought it was super cute. Easy to get in, quiet with easy parking out front.

Very inviting and comfortable over garage flat. Everything feels new and is impeccably clean. Located in a quiet, gated community and separate from the house, it provides appreciated privacy with just enough services close-at-hand, including a classic Colorado mountain tavern/restaurant (The Blue Moose), and other food options close by. I probably didn't pay close enough attention to Sarah's directions and wandered to the main house (same address of the Airbnb listing), and was warmly greeted. I enjoyed the morning light and views of the surrounding mountains and decompressing in the evening after full days of work nearby, including a bit of stargazing in the clear (and crisp!) Colorado air.

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.

Had a great stay. Missed that “garden apartment” meant basement … it was a small space but nicely done and good light. Never had a chance to use the hot tub. Walkable to downtown and great food - but the first block or two feel a little sketch.

Jacquie’s place was absolutely great! Super clear, kitchen well stocked, we had everything we needed! Jacquie was always super responsive and proactive. I definitely recommend this place.

My family and I had such a great time at Jacquies. Such a cute little home. Clean and family friendly. Perfect for a family of 4. We loved seeing the deer in the back yard and the lake from the front of the house. The train added more charm. ( I grew up near trains so I didn’t mind the noise). I kept telling my husband this looks like a Christmas village with all the snow. Another bonus was being between Denver and Colorado Springs so we were able to visit all the places we wanted to go to.

I was planning a rest retreat before I started my next job, and I stayed at this wonderful Airbnb. Sadly, the retreat was not restful, as on the first night, I got food poisoning, but what happened next was amazing. After cleaning up, I contacted Andy, and he was more than good; he was amazing in the communication and how well he cares for those who stay at his Airbnb. He offered different tips and advice for getting better, offered to clean up, and even offered to bring me anything I may need from the store. Afterwards, he even provided me a discount since my trip was ruined by getting sick Andy is a great host, and this Airbnb will be recommended to anyone, and I will stay here again!

It was a beautiful place, quite and the neighbors were friendly. I enjoyed walking and when we arrive we saw deers outside the house welcoming us to colorado. thank you so much. I'm in love to colorado.

It was a great Colorado escape! The house has a very “Colorado” feel. The location is close to many things to do and very close to Walmart, which is where we shopped for food. We were greeted by friendly deer each morning in the yard. Host was responsive when needed.

We felt right at home the moment that we arrived. Julie's home was immaculate and extremely cozy. The mountain views are unbeatable and we even had some deer come through the yard the morning we checked out. Thank you so much for making your home accessible to visitors. Staying here was a real treat.

Fantastic, well appointed cabin. Kitchen stole the show for its functionality and aesthetic in a tight space. Gas fireplace made our evenings cozy. Walk right from the property to waterfall trailhead. We LOVED it!!!

The house was perfect for our family. It felt like it was really set up like home. Definitely would recommend this house to other families!
