Owned by the family for 40 years, it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Privileged location, in front of the beach of S'Alqueria Petita with beautiful views in the Portlligat area which is characterized by being one of the best beaches of Cap de Creus and for its tranquility. The house consists of a fully equipped living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and two terraces, one with an outdoor dining area and chillout with hammocks overlooking the sea and another with access to the street.

El Pajar de Casa Rural Molí Roquer is an accommodation located in the Albera Natural Park, in the municipality of Rabós, just 15 km from the Costa Brava and 20 km from Figueres. The house, with a private entrance and patio, is a loft that has a double bed, a double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and air conditioning. Guests have access to all the facilities on the estate: shared pool, stables and a relaxation area next to the river.

The patio house

The patio house is located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house (where I live). It has two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space where you will not to be lacking in anything. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of guests.
