Privileged location, in front of the beach of S'Alqueria Petita with beautiful views in the Portlligat area which is characterized by being one of the best beaches of Cap de Creus and for its tranquility. The house consists of a fully equipped living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and two terraces, one with an outdoor dining area and chillout with hammocks overlooking the sea and another with access to the street.

It is not suitable for young children and people with reduced mobility: stairs, direct access to the pool, garden in tiers, roof terrace so supervision impossible. No parties.

Super cozy house completely renovated

In the past, it was the hair salon of the town, and instead of restoring it, we chose to completely renovate it. We love carpentry, so we dedicated ourselves to making almost all the furniture and the general decoration. It is located in the center of Armentera, a beautifull village with a lot of history. It is 5 minutes away from the beach. Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends, and with plenty of experiences to enjoy the Alt Emporda.

This accommodation is very special and personal because it is the house that my great-grandfather bought to spend the summers with his 9 children, then where my father grew up and in it I spent the happiest moments of my childhood. Villa Can Fité

Can Fité is a dream house by the sea with views to Cap de Creus and 1 min walk to Cala Rovellada, designed by architect Lluis Raich and built between November 2018 and July 2019 by father and son builders Paco & Oscar. Everyone involved in this project put a lot of love in it, which I hope you’ll be able to feel when staying here.
