WE DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE Accommodation located in the heart of the city. Very close to the station, ferry, and leisure. It consists of an entrance hall, 3 double bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, an interior patio, 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies in the heart of El Puerto. Furnished with love, it has everything guests might need: ceiling fans, basic ingredients and kitchenware, decoration, and small appliances. In summer we have a set of beach chairs, a cooler and a parasol.

An inviting terrace space features comfortable seating arrangements with neutral cushions and wooden frames. A small coffee table sits on a striped rug, accompanied by potted plants. Light wall colors and a view of the sea create a relaxed outdoor atmosphere.

It is very close to the historic center and La Caleta beach. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy and hospital. It is very safe and quiet. It has ample parking, free for a large car or four motorcycles. From 01-01-2026, only vehicles with at least a B card will be able to access the parking lot, and from 01-01-2027, only vehicles with a ZERO or ECO environmental card will be able to access the parking lot, or they will have to park in a nearby public parking lot.
