It's 15-20 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car. In summer you can park near the beach for 1€/24 hours. This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

Living room with fireplace, bedroom upstairs (double bed), small living room with extra bed (convertible sofa 1 or 2 people; communicates with the bedroom), nice and well-equipped kitchen, shower room and toilet.
