The TRUDY is a newly built three-room apartment at the foot of Capo di Stella, in the heart of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. The accommodation is part of Villa Canata (Stelle di Lacona), an 18th-century residence, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Lacona Bay. Its wide sandy beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes, with sun loungers, umbrellas and kayaks reserved for guests. Just a few steps away is the most secluded beach in Canata, ideal for those seeking tranquility.

The lights on the right of the cover picture are the ones of our family house in Forno. The village is located at the end of the Biodola bay on Elba island. This home was built by boat by my grand-mother, a painter who had fallen in love with the place. We manage it for the family. It is located at the limit of the national park, and hence still only accessible by boat or by foot today. It has a private (stone) beach just below the house, and easy access to a small sand beach close to the house.
