Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. Located directly in nature, it offers the perfect place to switch off, relax and breathe deeply. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (Beds: 2× 160×200 cm, 1× 180×200 cm). In addition, the sofa in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed with just the push of a button – ideal for additional guests or a cosy movie night.

You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.
