The Empie-Possion cottage was built in 1913 and is expertly restored. Have a drink on the screened in patio in the back or on the historic front porch. Come enjoy a stay where you can truly unwind. This one of the most unique homes you can stay in Downtown and you feel it’s charm the minute you step in the door.

Cozy Beach Getaway with a View!

This is a family beach located in Emerald Isle, NC. It is a quiet location and super relaxing but also a short drive to several great towns with dining, shopping, and sightseeing!! The house is a duplex; one side is the rental unit and the other side is for owner’s use. The house sits up high and has great ocean views from the covered back porch! There are stairs from the backyard to the street, turn left, and then only about 4 houses down to the beach access stairs. Super convenient!
