Tuscan Nature Views From Casa Gave

The house consists of two apartments within a wing of the Gave manor house in Sorana, a little village in the heart of Svizzera Pesciatina in Tuscany. Far from the crowd of cities, it's the right place where to escape and find relax. Admire the original wood beam ceilings and wooden fixtures while sitting around the indoor fireplace or spend a sunny afternoon out in the garden under the pergola or in the swimming pool surrounded by the olive trees terraces (airbnb.com/h/casagavenaturarelax). The apartment, with separate entrance, is composed as follows: - kitchen-living room with wood burning fireplace complete with all appliances, microwave, kettle and TV; - double bedroom with wardrobe and sofa bed. Removable baby bed available on request; - bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet. The property was completely renovated in 2017 respecting the original features, such as ceilings with chestnut beams, local stone walls, chestnut window frames and wrought iron gates. The furniture are made of wood recovered from the original beams. Outside there are a pergola covered by a wisteria where you can relax or eat and a bbq available for lunches and dinners. A ping-pong table and table football are also available. As we live next to the apartment we are available for any need of the guest. The home is in a natural setting with multiple areas for scenic hikes to enjoy. Take a trip to the amazing Lucca or to the Montecarlo vineries, or to the seaside in Versilia, have a spa day at Montecatini Terme, visit the Pinocchio Park in Collodi, and enjoy authentic cuisine at the local restaurants. Tranquillo e confortevole appartamento su 2 piani di 100mq con terrazzo, situata nel cuore del centro storico. A due passi da Piazza Maggiore. Lo stabile è situato all'ultimo piano con ascensore. Composta da zona giorno open space con cucina, 2 bagni e una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale. Servizio autobus comodo da/alla Stazione ferroviaria, navetta aeroporto e autobus per la Fiera. Stupendo terrazzo con vista sui tetti e chiese bolognesi. Un vero angolo suggestivo dove sentirsi a casa

CASAPOESIA, design e silenzio in centro storico

Appartamento mansardato al 1° piano nella corte di Palazzo Pallavicini, nel cuore di Bologna. Il silenzio e i tocchi di design donano a questo spazio un carattere intimo e accogliente. Il tetto in legno bianco fa risaltare il suggestivo wall mural della zona notte e i pannelli giapponesi della cabina armadio. Poesie alle pareti, tante piante e un piccolo terrazzo ad asola completano la magia del luogo. L'appartamento è stato totalmente ristrutturato a fine 2021 ed è dotato di tutti i comfort.
