On a slight slope and not far from the city of Lucerne, you can look out from the 2nd top apartment in the evening at the sea of lights below and during the day at Lucerne's local mountain Pilatus and Malters LU Zentrum. Located in the middle of Switzerland, you can enjoy both city and country, in a safe environment. With the Regional Express (RE) or the nearby expressway you are in approx. 12-15 minutes to Lucerne city center. ZH Airport is approximately 1 hour away, depending on traffic.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.

Enjoy your stay in our apartment, which was renovated in 2024, near Lake Lucerne and Lucerne Old Town. On two floors, connected by a staircase, it offers modern comfort and historic wooden beams on the upper floor. Caution: beam height is low, people over 1.80 m could bump their heads. Quiet location overlooking the courtyard, on the 3rd floor.
