Very nice apartment with a lovely garden, just right for a short getaway with friends or family. Davide is very friendly and helpful. He couldn’t welcome us in person but the self check-in went very smoothly as he gave us clear instructions and everything was well organized. He’s easily reachable in case of problems and also regularly checked if everything was okay. A minor inconvenience was that our bedsheets were still damp from the washing when we arrived, but he told us one day before that this was the case and also told us where we could find extra blankets (we eventually helped ourselves with the hairdryer :-) ). Everything else was perfect, in the flat you can also find a list with recommendations on restaurants and activities that was very helpful. We would always come back! :)

For us, it was an all-round successful vacation. The apartment was very, very clean upon our arrival. There was nothing missing! We enjoyed the ambiance and location very much! Communication was also great. We would definitely visit again! Thanks a lot!

We loved the beautiful stay. The house is very nicely furnished with beautiful materials. We were not short of anything. After skiing, we were able to enjoy the tub. The ski bus (free) stops in the street which will bring you to the ski station in max. 10 minutes. Highly recommended to stay.

Great stay in an absolutely great location. By skipping the busiest parts of Lake Como (Bellagio and Como), we afforded ourselves a great deal in a super peaceful environment. The views of the lake are truly breathtaking....which we enjoyed daily from the balcony. The area is rustic and charming, with a terrific cafe at your front door (Umberto is a wonderful host!)...and another 5+ restaurants within walking distance. The drive to Bellagio and Como is no more than 30 minutes and Lecco is half that...we also ventured to the charming nearby wine country that was only 1 hour away. Very spacious accommodations with most everything you might need....and super large grocery stores nearby for anything you may have forgotten. Rafaella was super helpful and very communicative. All in all, an excellent stay, a great value and a place you'll remember for years to come!

It was all to our satisfaction. The apartment is large, very nicely equipped and also equipped with everything necessary in the kitchen, so we could spend a great week. There are good shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity and also the access to the washing machine, which is shared with other parties, worked. The rental provided enough toilet paper and dishwashing tablets for a week which was very accommodating. We were particularly pleased with the magnificent balcony, the Swedish stove and the fondue equipment. Too bad the master bedroom can't be separated from the master bathroom with a sliding door. Due to the fact that the large bathroom window cannot be darkened (an interior shade is missing), a lot of light falls into the bedroom at night.

Giulia's place had an amazing location, steps from the train with our luggage, a restaurant right next door, grocery store minutes away, and a beautiful short walk to the water with shops and restaurants there. Varenna, while very nice, is very busy, we are so happy we stayed in Mandello del Lario. The apartment itself is in a very secure block, the style is bohemian which we enjoyed as we were seeking to relax. And what sold us and did Not disappoint was the view from the terrace in the morning. Everything else was great, it's a quiet area, the surrounding houses seemed upscale, with families and school kids doing their day to day activities. We would absolutely go back to this airbnb and already regretted not staying for 4 days instead of the 3 we booked. Thanks Giulia , hope to visit Mandello del Lario again soon !

Great place to stay for some nights. Peaceful and quiet area. There is a good pizza restaurant nearby. Definitely will love to come back!

Sara’s beautiful home , was comfortable and had a gorgeous view of lake Como. Everything we needed was provided . Parking at the property needs some great skills but there is free parking available outside. The area is very quiet and great for walking.

We loved this place, everything was spotless and we had everything that we needed, there is a small store at the end of the street (2 min) and a bigger one (10 min), the train station and the ferry station was close as well (12 min). Overall the town is pretty quiet, perfect for a active but relaxing stay.
