Alison's place was perfect for what we needed. The complimentary things were fantastic and very much appreciated.

Lovely spacious ground floor apartment in a gated Georgian Building full of character. I stayed with a female friend and we felt safe and secure at all times and the bonus of parking for two cars is a rare find in Clitheroe. The welcome goods on arrival plus milk in the fridge were a nice touch too. I am familiar with Clitheroe as I shop there but have never stayed overnight but would do again definitely as there are lots of good places to eat and drink such as Holmes Mill, The Emporium and Wills Restaurant to name but a few. Also some nice independent shops too. My friend is from Scotland and she cant wait to return. There are also several excellent restaurants a short drive from Clitheroe too. The Ribble Valley offers lots to explore and some great scenery. Well worth a visit is the Melt Candle company in Waddington which is a ten minutes drive away. Tina is a great host and happy to help with anything and keeps in touch with you. I would definitely recommend you stay here.

We had a great time staying at Ben’s flat. It has everything you need and is simple, clutter-free and clean. Instructions for entering and parking were clear, the property feels very secure as there are 3 levels of code-entry doors from street to flat and the location is great for exploring York. 15-20 minute walk to the Shambles and centre of town and great local restaurants (really recommend Valentino’s 5 mins walk away and Ate O’Clock 15 mins walk away). A great flat in a great location, with a helpful host. Thank you!

Jacky was an extremely proactive, kind and graceful host. She made us feel right at home immediately and communicated effectively the entire time. She presented us with milk and other amenities upon our arrival and her partner Steve was also extremely friendly and welcoming. The place itself was clean, comfortable and made us feel all at home immediately. Everyone slept incredibly soundly, and Jacky was extremely nice about us coming home late in the night! Otley itself was a lovely, peaceful town and incredible to walk around on a sunny day. We will be coming back when we return to Otley.

Great location for exploring Lincoln. Super clean and well laid out with all appliances. Well equipped. Great parking and excellent instructions on entry to property. Lovely hot shower. Sainsburys Express opposite was very handy. Would recommend:)

We had a lovely stay at The View, an ideal location for a wedding at the Tunnels. Beautiful views and a modern, clean space, with some lovely personal touches. Thank you.

John and Amanda’s flat was lovely, a lot bigger than expected, also very clean. It was really easy to get into Oxford and when asked if there was room for two cars Amanda responded very quickly that there was. Altogether we had a lovely weekend and were pleased we booked John and Amanda’s air bnb. I would definitely recommend it and stay again!

Perfect little place, ideally located for all the main attractions. We went to the Trafford Center on the tram, coop live (walked) and Piccadilly gardens.

This house was great , so peaceful and relaxing with a amazing garden, loved staying here. Cassandra the host was very friendly and helpful, highly recommend to anyone and will be staying again.

We (family of 2 adults and 2 kids - age 6 and 9) had a great stay at Michael's place. It's only 5 min walking to Ealing Broadway - from where it is 20 min to downtown London. Plenty of restaurants close by, and the place itself has everything we needed. Next time we visit London, we'll definitely return to this place.

We travelled from Scotland for a family funeral. Asked if possible to get slightly earlier access and that was no problem at all. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The area was very quiet and near Rushden Lakes a great shopping and eating area. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend this house.

Becky was a great host, very responsive and thoughtful even put toys in for our toddler which was very much appreciated! Space was very clean and tidy and exactly and described. Thoughtful touches such as coffee and hot chocolate pods and Welsh cakes were great after a long journey! We didn't explore the area just a one night stop off but would definitely book again if we're in the area.

First of all, this cottage is a five star haven. Perfect for a getaway. I would like to make a couple of suggestions that would make the visit even more special. Shower gel and hand soap at the three sinks would be nice. Nice bath sheets as opposed to small bath towels would be appreciated. And finally, a small container of fresh milk would allow for an easy cup of tea on arrival. We always bring teas and coffees but driving for seven hours with milk is not viable. Above are only suggestions and would not prevent us from staying again. In fact, we are already looking for the next opportunity. Thank you for providing a lovely stay.

Beth’s place was ideal for our party walking the St James Way. Good for children as well as adults. Great shower!

SUPERB!! Beautiful house, immaculate throughout & everything well thought out. Had everything we needed & host was very helpful. Perfect location & beds were all very comfy. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!….. our family of 5 felt right at home & was the perfect setting for our weekend as we were attending a wedding nearby. Modern, clean, comfy…. Can’t fault it I really can’t. Thank you!!

Mark’s place was very clean, convinent and I would recommend to anyone if they are looking for a unique stay. His memorabilia and collection varied and was always impressive to be around. We got the pleasure of meeting Mark and he was very helpful with guiding us around the apartment and answering any questions we had! 10/10 experience

Despite being situated in the vibrant heart of the city, we were pleasantly surprised by the effective soundproofing that ensured peaceful rest. Claire’s apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay in Broadway with our baby and dog. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, comfy, immaculately clean and very practical. Claire had really thought of everything. There were mirrors and plug sockets in all the right places, and labels on things like light switches and kitchen items so everything is easy to understand and use, and there were some lovely little touches, such as welcome drinks and treats. I especially appreciated how clean the kitchen appliances were, as I was using them to prepare food for our baby, and having a washing machine and dishwasher also came in handy! We would not hesitate to return and recommend to friends and family.

Just perfect for what we needed, large and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, small and secure yard to allow dog out in. Quiet area and building, a plus for a fireworks nervous dog on NYE!

Great location with a lovely sea view. perfect home from home for a couple. Beautifully designed space with everything you could need for a great stay plus a few nice extras you didn't even realise you might want. Rob is a proactive host, always one step ahead with helpful information and instructions. Highly recommend and worth every penny.

We enjoyed a two night stay in April. The apartment is light and bright, and within easy walking distance of Crosby beach, many bars and restaurants, the Co-op (a few minutes away) and the local train station (which is just around the corner although the trains can’t be heard). At risk of finding the apartment booked up for our return, I’d recommend it in a heartbeat, it’s a gem. Thank you Mark.
