highly recommend the home exactly like in the photos the super quiet beach ( on the days I spent), quiet for those who come with children, house near the beach, a restaurant with homemade food and barbecue top and affordable value, the house with everything in great condition and working we've been here for 7 days, and we'll definitely be back

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

From the moment we stepped through the door we felt at home place was nice and clean. the areas really nice too beach is just a short walk away and the restaurants near by are nice too. it was and secure with everything we needed inside from the kitchen to the bathroom.

No less than EXCELLENT! It exceeded my expectations, the flat is very spacious and comfortable, and it is totally consistent with the listing! The balcony is a large outdoor space, great for contemplating a sunny day or a starry night. Fernando was a very attentive host at all times and quickly responded to all the questions I had during the stay.

Flavia treated us very well, always promptly. The house is large, spacious, cozy and has everything you need for a perfect stay, as ours was. The only flaw was the split air-conditioning in one of the rooms that was making noise, the rest were very good. Anyone staying at this place will love it. I traveled as a family and my baby soiled a lot of clothes, I'm glad I had a washing machine. We bought soap and used it, for sure this was one of the parts we liked the most. Everything was clean and organized! The host responded quickly and always answering all questions.

I had the chance to stay nearly 5 months at Eliane's in Joinville as part of my university exchange at UDESC, and the experience was exceptional. The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Eliane is a remarkable host: always available, attentive, and warm. She made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and her tips on the city were valuable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Joinville!

At the last minute, my parents went along, I told Fabio, who made an exception to the number of guests without changing the daily rate. I only have compliments and thanks. The beach is beautiful, calm sea, warm water, many places to visit. It's also very close to the beach, you can walk there.
