Erdgeschosswohnung In der Beschreibung steht, dass es sich um einen gemeinsam genutzten Pool handelt. Er wird ab und zu, von uns selbst benutzt. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pool jeden Tag, für mehrerer Stunden zu reservieren. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang zum Pool von der Wohnung! Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Haustiere sind erlaubt aber bitte VOR der Buchung abklären und in der Anfrage angeben.

Unser Bungalow mit gutem Design im Architektenhaus von Bj. 1952 liegt oberhalb der Murg mit Blick ins Grüne, stilvoll, hell mit viel Platz und komplett neu und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es gibt Perkal-Bettwäsche, Bademäntel, Lambert-Besteck, einen Schaukelsessel & mehr. Der Bungalow entspricht einem 4-5*-Bungalow, ist jedoch nicht so überladen. An die Terrasse auf der Südseite grenzt ein Whirlpool.

Quiet guest apartment in our house at Horbachpark in a very quiet, central location. The old town is only 300 meters away, the Ettlingen city train station and supermarket 250 meters, A5 4 km. We live on the lower two floors. The apartment has a great view of the Black Forest. It is very suitable for 2-5 people. Max. 6 adults and 2 children by arrangement. The apartment is fully furnished (upcycling). Our house is "relatively" CO2 neutral (photovoltaic and heat pump). Waipu TV stick.

In the nature reserve outside the door, you can relax. Nature lovers will also enjoy themselves here.
