Walking and/or cycling if you have a bike. 15 minutes from the beaches of Meschers-sur-Gironde, 25 km from Royan, 35 km from Saintes, 45 minutes from La Palmyre Zoo, 1 hour 15 minutes from La Rochelle, 30 minutes from Les Antilles de Jonzac, 45 minutes from Mysterra Park in Montendre, 50 minutes from La Maison de la Forêt in Montlieu-la-Garde.

In the town of Epargnes, 15 min from the beaches of St Georges and Royan, 10 min from Meschers and Talmond. Our vacation rental combines the charm of yesteryear and the comfort of today. A beautiful terrace is equipped with the necessary furniture for relaxation! We also offer a 10.5 m x 4.5 m pool, covered and heated according to the season (May/September, consult us). Buoys and bath games available. Linens and towels are not provided. July/August exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.

When you open the dome door, the Cognac countryside welcomes you with open arms, and 5 minutes away is the town of Cognac with its wine tourism attractions and other great places that we will be delighted to share with you. Adjacent to our winery, you can come and discover the distillery, the tractors, etc. Or stay as a couple and enjoy moments suspended in time.

The lodge is located on a large wooded lot of more than 2 hectares. The structure is 3 m high, accessible by a staircase, it is 30 m2 interior and 25 m2 of partially sheltered terrace. There's a hot tub on the terrace. Côte & Lodge is located in Talais on the west coast in Gironde between ocean and estuary near Soulac-sur-Mer

You'll love this unique and romantic getaway. Built around 1880 on the site of an old 18th century mill, the Magimar Tower is neo-medieval in inspiration. Built in cut stone, it includes a basement converted into a bathroom, a ground floor equipped for breakfast, a bedroom floor with vault and a panoramic terrace with a view (360°) of the Gironde estuary. The building is flanked to the northwest by a watchtower that houses a spiral staircase.

It has a garden with swimming pool and a summer kitchen with plancha. Close to the Gironde estuary and its charming villages, the seaside resort of Royan (25 km), Saintes and its architectural heritage, discover this house completely restored in 2020. Great for families or groups of friends!
