The lovingly newly renovated cottage is close to the Roxheimer Altrhein and has 5 rooms, on 110 sqm, with fitted kitchen and bathroom. Thanks to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby A6 and A61 motorways, the local recreation area of Lake Silbersee, the railway connection to the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the town of Bobenheim-Roxheim, which has a population of around 10,000, has become a very popular place to live and to holiday.

Quiet room in Spessart Nature Park

Tranquility to breathe - in our lovingly furnished house I offer two rooms for guests. A base for relaxation and for excursions. A bright room on the 1st floor awaits you. There is also a communal kitchen with wood stove, two winter gardens and the bathroom with historic bath stove. Wernfeld Train Station is a 15-minute walk away. We live in the Spessart Nature Park and have been awarded the green house number for particularly sustainable building.

Freshly renovated, rental of private apartment 3.5 rooms (living-bedroom and lounge or as a study usable) with private bathroom 53sqm including smoking area in the outdoor area and private parking space. The apartment also has a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The apartment has no cooking facilities. And is on the 1st floor. In the basement there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Including WLAN and additional costs.

Very comfortable vacation home for 2 persons on privat lot with private access to the water. Large roofed porch in front of living room and kitchen. Bright rooms, modern style. Kitchen completely equipped (dish washer, refrigerator/freezer). Bedroom with boxspring bed (1,60 meters wide). Separate storage room with washer-dryer. Floor heating in all rooms; private wireless LAN. A deposit of 500€ is required upon arrival.

Gästehaus Seeblick

House with small garden, and direct access to the lake. Nature lovers get their money's worth - especially by the species-rich birdlife. But also squirrels jump nicely through the trees or sometimes scurry over the terrace. The house has dining/living room with sofa bed, one room with french. Bed, a single room, bathroom with shower/toilet, as well as guest toilet, as well as fully equipped kitchen.

Idyllically located and a lot of space

Our house is in an idyllic location on the edge of a small village right next to the vineyards. The house is cozy, heated with wood (tiled stove). It is located on a spacious property including lake, garden sauna, Kneipp pool and forest. The family also includes a friendly dog, 2 cuddly cats and 2 lovely horses. Looking forward to seeing all guests.
