This original brick building dates back to 1895 and is the oldest operating hotel in Ontario County, NY. The décor has been maintained to showcase the history of the property but offers our guests modern amenities. The Naples Hotel is a place for travelers to relax and slow down during their stay.

Maxfield Inn, 1841 restored Mansion - Peggys Room

The Maxfield Inn is a newly restored 1841 historic mansion in the village of Naples New York. Its vintage ambiance on the inside, plus the beautiful picturesque mountains, trees and English gardens make it really spacial. Grand White pillars adorn the facade where guest can mingle on the front porch. Inside, the decor is adorned with area rugs, hardwood floors and vintage furnishings. A round sun porch is the perfect spot for breakfast. The bedroom is very small as it was a servants room.

Verona Suite (Rm 3 - Romeo & Giulietta's Inn)

This is the Verona Suite. $215/night This room is for two adults only. It’s an adult hideaway. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. A private bathroom, tiled shower with a rain shower head from the ceiling. A softly lit romantic loft and a chandelier above the queen size bed with down pillows. It's private and A/C, Wifi, and Cable Smart TV. A hot Breakfast is served Thursday-Sunday. Other days have an assortment of breakfast foods and hot coffee. All days 8-10am

This type of "brewcation" is one-of a-kind in the state of New York. These elegant accommodations are a half-hour from Cooperstown, Glimmerglass Festival, Hamilton, Clinton and Utica. Artist Residency part of the year, suite 3 on the second floor of the Wheeler House, includes a king-size 4-poster bed and has a large marble bath with shower/tub, and comfortable living room with sofa and gas-log fireplace. There are 4 bedrooms available in the main area, each with 2 full size beds and a private bathroom. There is also a 3 story suite with its own kitchen and bathroom available.
