Cottage holiday rentals in Erie

As other reviewers have said, Cynthia has a great little get-away. We changed arrival plans/departure plans and she was very accomdating to each request. Really enjoyed the cats, they are very friendly. Beware, the stairs to the upstairs living area are bit tricky to navigate, especially when carrying a bag.

I stayed at many airbnbs and this one easily takes a spot in the top 3. Kelly's place was everything you could wish for. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The cottage was clean and way better than its description. The kitchen was stocked with everything one would need and even included snacks and water. Kelly also provided us with firewood for the fire pit! The beds and linen were comfortable and clean and the bathroom was spotless. Kelly proactively reached out to us and even suggested nearby places we should visit. The place is within an hour drive of multiple attractions and if you don't feel like driving far, the lake has everything you need. This is one of those places where after just day the first thought is "I need to book here again"

Overall, Amanda’s place was adorable and a great getaway for a long weekend! Amanda is very responsive and kind. We had a few hiccups with the house (technical things) and she was very responsive and willing to help as much as she could despite not being in the area. It is a tight space for more than 6 people. There were 7 total in our group so keep in mind it only having one shower and some close sleeping quarters. The beds were very comfy and clean though. It was still cool with the AC window units on too (if staying in the summer). All in all would stay again!

The home is so beautiful, I took pictures because I really want to build a home and it’s what I’m going to base it off of!!! Kathlene was so helpful. Anything we needed she was right on it.!! we will plan on coming again in the future! You will not be disappointed in this location or the home itself!!

My family and I stayed at Tony’s place for a long weekend and I have to say it was amazing!! First of all Tony made sure that we had proper directions to the property and how to access the house. Upon entering the house we were astounded by how lovely Tony’s lake house is and then the views of the lake were just panoramic!! We could not have found for a better place to stay! We had easy access to our own private little beach, it was literally right outside the sliding glass doors and we could sit on the patio and watch the sun both rise and set. The kitchen was fully equipped, the house was very spacious and we were excited to find a bookshelf full of childrens books which made our little one very happy. Yes there were quite a few steps to access the property but we found the journey up and down the steps very doable and the path was very well lit. It was exciting going down those steps through the wooded property and watching the lake views unfold. We would definitely return!!

Very comfortable. It shows that you get breakfast but I think that is for the bed and breakfast price. Our price was excellent for what we received.

This is an awesome cottage park. One minute drive to the park and lake, minutes away from shopping amenities and an old eclectic neighborhood with a diner and cafe, and quick access to all local amenities. The hosts take pride in their park, many updates, pristine common grounds and campsite/hot-tub. You won’t be disappointed and I will certainly be back !

Staying at Sally’s rentals has become a family tradition for us. She is an excellent host who has provided us with kindness, flexibility, and extremely quick responses when anything has come up. Her properties are well-stocked, offering the comforts of home and so much more. We come back every year because we’ve had such positive experiences. It truly feels like a home away from home for us!

We had a great time at the Lodge. Big beautiful plot of land the lodge sits on. The fire pit and pre cut wood made the evenings outside very enjoyable. We will be back!

This is an quaint older little place on a very large serene and beautiful easy-to-navigate property with so much character. The home itself was very clean, incredibly well-stocked, tastefully decorated and furnished, and felt like home. The owners or management were available by message if I needed anything but give you space to enjoy your stay which I greatly appreciated. The location was incredibly convenient and easy to find. My dogs loved being walked on such a huge parcel of land and I loved being able to walk out the door and have so much yard to enjoy with them! I hope to stay here again sometime!

The Knotty Pine in Edinboro, Pennsylvania was a gem in a small quiet town, that has beautiful lake Edinboro within a couple blocks walking distance. Michelle is an awesome host and very responsive to any questions especially all the wonderful attractions and restaurants in the area. Her place is extremely clean and spacious for a family or a sporting event with lots of kids and just right for a couple or even a single person who travels. I really enjoyed using the fire pit at night in the backyard and walking and biking along the lake. Im definitely going back to Michelle’s in the near future.

Absolutely amazing place. Clean, comfy, on the water. parking, spacious. fire pit. unbelievable local town with amazing people. awesome local restaurants. HIGHLY recommend this listing.

Ray and Patty were accessible even though we had no issues or need to contact them. The little treats and breakfast items were a nice touch. We would stay there again.

This little cottage was adorable! It’s within 15-20 minutes of Erie. We went to splash lagoon, the mall and to the kids museum. There’s an AWESOME playground within walking distance of the cottage. Several great restaurants/diners within a mile of the cottage. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Overall the place is a gem! We will definitely be staying again.

The Sunrise Inn provided a cozy and comfortable stay where great memories were made. Due to the weather, we unfortunately did not get to make a bonfire or enjoy the beautiful front porch with views of the lake, but we did see a rainbow over the lake! The kitchen and bathroom were spotless, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking / entertaining. We made breakfast at the cottage and enjoyed eating at the local restaurants (The Anchor, Frog Pond, and Happi Jax). Valerie was a very friendly and responsive host, and we would definitely recommend her place to future guests visiting the lake!

Their little pocket of Conneaut is perfect. It’s so private and yet close to pier, beach, paths, etc better than we actually walked around and saw all the other rental properties and this one’s space and location are the tops!

Patricia's place is a must to anyone looking for a peaceful, private, low key place to stay at to relax and rejuvenate from all the daily hustle and busell we live in daily, this is your place! Your welcomed with fresh blue berry muffins, or pumkin cookies and or date bars. Patricia is very responsive and helpful in anyway that is needed during your stay We have been going to Patricias place for 5 yrs to spend our holiday of Christmas thru New years and have been truly blessed to have found Patricias home.

It was a great house. Plenty of room and everything you need. Great location and close to the lake. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of things to keep your kids occupied, if you have them here. We were very pleased with our stay.

The stay at David's cottage was perfect! our focus was fishing, so we did not spend a lot of time at the cottage besides sleeping and meals. David was helpful in getting us parked, supplying amenities for our boats and getting us situated. Overall, very satisfied with our experience and would absolutely stay again!

Cute house! We loved our stay. And it was very nice to be able to do laundry there too.

The house was very welcoming and cozy. Very quiet area and the neighbors were really nice as well! Very safe area and very clean.

Beautiful area and great cabin! The beds were comfortable and the porch was perfect for morning coffee or evening hang out. Can’t wait to go back!
