The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

This apartment is especially a mix of tranquility and diversity. Lake Constance, the nature of the Eriskircher Ried, the nearby trade fair city of Friedrichshafen - this is the surroundings of this approximately 40 sqm apartment in the Eriskircher district of Schlatt on the border of Langenargen. Lake Constance can be reached within minutes by foot. From the apartment you can enjoy a small partial lake view. The apartment itself is located on the third floor (attic) of a well-kept eight-party house.

A special retreat, located close to the city and at the same time in the middle of nature: This is the Junior Suite (no kitchen) Perfect for travelers who like walking, jogging, cycling, relaxing at Lake Constance (20 min.) or hiking or skiing in the Alps (approx. 1 hr.). Ravensburg (5 km) with 50,000 inhabitants invites you to go shopping and visit various sights. Very popular with children is the attraction park Ravensburger Spieleland (11 km). Breakfast can be booked for an extra charge.

Modern, small 1-room apartment approx. 27 square meters, with bathroom and terrace, to feel comfortable. The apartment is located on the first floor, adjacent to our residential building. Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes' walk. Close to shops, cafes and a restaurant. On foot: Ship dock: 15 minutes Train station: 8 min Bakery, supermarket: 5 min. Malerecke natural beach, which invites you to swim: 15 min. Fair/Friedrichshafen Airport 10 min. drive Bike rental possible on site

Modern apartment by the Swabian Sea

The modernly furnished 46 m² bright basement apartment can accommodate 2 people. The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). The living room, dining room and kitchen are one large space. The kitchen is fully equipped. Fridge with freezer compartment. Stove with oven. A coffee machine, an electric kettle and a toaster are provided. Private parking and covered bicycle parking spaces are right by the house. In the courtyard behind the house there is a seating area at your disposal.

Retro apartment plus construction trailer right on the lake

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.
