Bright, cozy apartment (approx. 60 m²) with garden view and separate, ground-level entrance. It is in a quiet location on the first floor of a detached house on the Rhine Heights surrounded by the Siebengebirge, Westerwald, the idyllic Wiedbach Valley and the romantic Rhine Valley. Cities such as Koblenz, Bonn or Cologne are just as easy to reach as the wine region of the Middle Rhine and the Ahr as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails (Westerwaldsteig, Rheinsteig, Siebengebirge).

The historic walls from the beginning of 1900 breathe history from all corners and angles. The unusual architecture overwhelms you as soon as you enter. There are hundreds of details to discover in this lovingly furnished house. Take advantage of the exceptional flair of this building, preserved in its original state, for your stay. The room on the 2nd floor is separate from our private apartment on the 2nd floor and has its own separate bathroom that is used exclusively by you.

Villa Flora on the Rheinsteig, ideal for hiking

Villa Flora is located directly by the forest. In about 100 m, a forest path leads up to the Rhine Trail - an ideal location as a starting point for hikes. The house is a semi-detached house, surrounded by a lovingly designed garden, with fireplace, herbal spiral, two sun loungers and enough seating. In the living room is a wood-burning stove and piano. On request, we can build the second bedroom (bed 220x130) into the living room. Then the red sofa is replaced by 2 armchairs.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Free public parking in front of the house (if available). From Sinzig you can reach in close proximity, Deutsches Eck in Koblenz, the Geysir in Andernach, the Bridge of Remagen, the Historic Old Town Linz, the Beethoven House in Bonn or the Cologne Cathedral.

We renewed all the bathroom ceramics and refurbished the other rooms except for the kitchen. It consists of a bedroom, living room, bathroom and a kitchen.
