For nature lovers: the house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Welcome to our holiday apartment under the Rosenstein. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2019. The very well equipped apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible via a staircase with separate entrance. The sunny 3 room apartment has 85 square meters, a balcony with a magnificent view of the Rosenstein. This stylish place is perfect for families and couples. The location is wonderful for walking and cycling,climbing on the Rosenstein and excursions to Stuttgart, Schwäbisch Gmünd, Aalen and Heidenheim. Also Legoland or Schwabenpark are not far away!(About 1 hour) There are two bedrooms, one box spring bed is 180x200 and the other box spring bed is 140x200. The owners live on the ground floor! Towels, linens, and final cleaning are included!

A perfect retreat for business travelers, tourists or students. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob and a basic set of kitchen utensils.
