Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. At the foot of the picturesque Hohenzollern Castle in Colmberg, our lovingly furnished holiday home is nestled in a quiet residential area, right next to the deer enclosure. Our accommodation is just a few minutes' walk from Colmberg Castle and the golf course. The 95-square-metre house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. Free Wi-Fi is available. The charging station is a 5-minute walk away.

Cozy apartment on the quiet outskirts, ideally located for excursions to Dinkelsbühl (about 6 km) and Rothenburg ob der Tauber (about 36 km). Located directly in nature, it offers the perfect place to switch off, relax and breathe deeply. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (Beds: 2× 160×200 cm, 1× 180×200 cm). In addition, the sofa in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed with just the push of a button – ideal for additional guests or a cosy movie night.

You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

Cozy little vacation home in romantic Middle Franconia. Just 8 km from Dinkelsbühl, the most beautiful old town in Germany. Here you have the perfect base for excursions e.g. to Dinkelsbühl, Feuchtwangen, Rothenburg or the Franconian Lake District. Legoland (about 110 km) and the Playmobil Funpark (about 70 km) are also easily accessible. Important note for workers/fitters: Maximum occupancy of 3 people Unfortunately no pets are allowed!!

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. The sunny terrace and a spacious garden area invite you to do so. The house has a separate entrance that is only used by guests and parking at the house.

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.
