Our holiday home has a living area of 70 square metres. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. There are commercial businesses in the neighbourhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced off to a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the property, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. In the evening just sit by the fire and enjoy the magnificent starry sky without much residual light. We offer the possibility to rent the party and seminar house barn next door.

Cozy apartment on the quiet outskirts, ideally located for excursions to Dinkelsbühl (about 6 km) and Rothenburg ob der Tauber (about 36 km). Located directly in nature, it offers the perfect place to switch off, relax and breathe deeply. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (Beds: 2× 160×200 cm, 1× 180×200 cm). In addition, the sofa in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable sofa bed with just the push of a button – ideal for additional guests or a cosy movie night.

You can barbecue in the garden, make campfires, set off in a paddle board, kayak or canoe from the garden or cool off in the river.

The apartment is upscale, modern and fully equipped with a ceramic stovetop, stove, fridge, coffee maker and dishwasher. The bathroom offers both a refreshing shower and a freestanding bathtub to relax and enjoy the time out. The authentic former farmhouse is located right on the Brenz cycle path, the award-winning Albschäfer hiking trail and the Ulm-Aalen railway line.

Here you have the perfect base for excursions e.g. to Dinkelsbühl, Feuchtwangen, Rothenburg or the Franconian Lake District. Legoland (about 110 km) and the Playmobil Funpark (about 70 km) are also easily accessible. Important note for workers/fitters: Maximum occupancy of 3 people Unfortunately no pets are allowed!!
