Willkommen in meiner Unterkunft. Die Souterrain-Wohnung mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich zentral in Esslingen. Die Lage ist ruhig in einer Sackgasse. In die Stadt sind es 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Bahn-und Bushaltestelle sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der S-Bahn ist man sehr schnell in Stuttgart und an der Landesmesse Stuttgart/Flughafen. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit einer modernen Küche und Bad ausgestattet. Es stehen insgesamt ca.30 qm zur Verfügung. Wir leben im selben Haus mit zwei kleinen Kindern

Directly connected to the apartment is a large wooden terrace with lounge.

The train station is a 2-minute walk away: Stuttgart city center can be reached in 25 minutes, and in 20 minutes you are on the Cannstatter Wasen. You are just a few steps from the historic city center and the best restaurants, cafes and shops. The Remstal cycle path is right outside the front door.

It includes one double bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen with living/ dining area, as well as a small terrace. By public bus they are in 5 minutes in Esslingen. From there, the city of Stuttgart, Stuttgart Airport, and Messe Stuttgart are easy.
