This charming house located in the south of Paris, will allow you to visit all the south of Paris (Fontainebleau, Versailles, Chamarande, Château of the Loire valley, Chartres, Orléans...)

The house includes an entrance leading to a living room with TV, a fitted and equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, oven, TV) on the 1st floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a TV as well as a bathroom with toilet. Small outdoor area with deckchair and table to enjoy during lunches.

This new and individual house with private access 24 hours a day will welcome you for your personal and professional stays. Linens and towels are provided. Equipped with a private terrace accessible from a bedroom, a living room is available with equipped kitchen, sofa and television. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and the calm is permanent. Colombier transformed into a duplex studio located inside a 17th century property of nearly 2 hectares in the heart of the village of Sermaise and 13 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car (free parking) from the RER C (Paris in 55 minutes). 2 duplex rooms of 18 m2 (beware of many steps): on the 1st floor, living room with a kitchen, sofa, TV; upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Access to part of the park of the property with a relaxation area equipped for eating and lounging.

We offer accommodation in our small village of Guillerval. We are located halfway between Paris and Orléans, with easy access to the N20 highway. The village is very pretty, peaceful, and situated in a wooded, hilly area. Numerous hiking trails are nearby. Please note that our accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. ARRIVAL: 4 PM TO 8 PM. DEPARTURE: BEFORE 11 AM. For arrivals before or after these times, please contact us in advance.
