Discover our apartment located in the heart of downtown Royan and 200 meters from its main beach and port. It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a small residence located on the main square of Royan with its many shops. The apartment was fully renovated in the spring of 2024. All amenities are brand new. It is fully air-conditioned, and decorated in a cozy and elegant style. Its balcony is particularly pleasant during the summer.

Apartment ideally located in the city center of La Rochelle, two minutes walk from the central market. It is located in the heart of the historic center, shopping streets, restaurants and the Old Port. Comfortable and bright apartment on the first floor.
