The location of the accommodation is ideal for visiting the La Rochelle region in Royan.

Pretty studio (in residence with swimming pool) renovated and nicely decorated, clear, bright close to the beach of St Palais and Nauzan in a calm and central district; all comfort: living room (with excellent wall bed mattress, sofa, TV), kitchenette (with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, plancha) bathroom (with shower, electric towel rail), WC separated, small garden closed and sported, (with deck chairs). The 10x4 pool is available and heated from May to September.

Hello. I rent this small house for 4 people. It has a 9 m2 ground-floor terrace overlooking the residence's swimming pool. The house has all the comforts to enjoy a holiday at the ocean (oven,microwave, senseo coffee machine, washing machine,dishwasher...) We have paid for the space to the fullest but this cocooning accommodation asks to get to know its co-travelers well especially because there is only one large bedroom upstairs with 2 beds
