The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a small, cosy chalet, 2 minutes' walk from the Champéry cable car, the railway station and the Coop. The Palladium, Champéry's large sports and cultural centre, and the village centre are only a few minutes' walk away. On the ground floor of the chalet there is a locked room to store your skis, boots and helmets A private parking space is located in front of the chalet. Additional public car parking can be found in the immediate proximity of the chalet.

Come and make some memories at our unique, spacious and family-friendly home. Located 8 mins above Montreux, we are peacefully nestled between a large green field and a small vineyard. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!
