Air-conditioned cottage "La Chambrette" - Dordogne

Our cottage is located in a charming little country village in the heart of Périgord, 10 minutes from the A89 Périgueux-Bordeaux interchange, 15 minutes from Mussidan (all shops and amenities), 20 minutes from Bergerac, 40 minutes from Périgueux, 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux, 1 hour 30 minutes from Sarlat, 2 hours from Bassin d'Arcachon. With us it's the countryside, dogs bark, roosters crow, donkeys bray and frogs croak in the evening. Many hiking trails are accessible from the cottage. The back yard is full fenced.

Cosy, completely new, combining modern comfort and authenticity. Quiet, in a restored stone property from 1860, surrounded by a one hectare wooded park, its swimming pool, with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and its seasonal colors. Independent entrance. Owner nearby if needed. Free parking. Marked hiking and mountain biking trails, 200 meters away. Many castles of vineyards in the surroundings, Bergerac and its market, 12km, the greenway starting at 15km, A89 (10km).

Studio located on the 1st floor of a small house (unoccupied on the ground floor) in the heart of the Bergerac vineyard: Pécharmant, Monbazillac, Rosette. Lembras is 5 km from Bergerac Its geographical location allows the discovery of many tourist sites. In the village, pizzeria and bread depot (open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.). At the entrance to Bergerac, a supermarket (4.5 km) and a pharmacy (3 km). 5 min drive to Lake Pombonne: supervised swimming (free access) and hiking trails.
